துணை மருத்துவத்  (Paramedical Courses after 12th) துறையில் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையைத் தொடர ஆர்வமுள்ள மாணவர்கள் தேவையான தகுதிகளை பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும். 12 ஆம் வகுப்புக்குப் பிறகு துணை மருத்துவப் படிப்புகளுக்கான தகுதிகள் துணை மருத்துவ துறையில் இளங்கலை மற்றும் டிப்ளோமா படிப்புகளுக்கு அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட எந்தவொரு பள்ளியில் இருந்தும் குறைந்தபட்சம் 50% மதிப்பெண்களுடன் உயிரியலுடன் அறிவியல் ஸ்ட்ரீமில் இருந்து 12 வது தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். டிப்ளோமா படிப்புகளைப் பொறுத்தவரை, ஒவ்வொரு கல்லூரிக்கும் சதவீதம் வெவ்வேறு அளவு இருப்பதால் குறைந்தபட்ச சில கல்லூரிகள் தேர்வுகளில் பெறப்பட்ட சதவீதத்தின் சார்பாக சேர்க்கையை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கின்றன. பெரும்பாலான கல்லூரிகள் தங்களது நுழைவுத் தேர்வுகள் மூலம் நடைபெறுகிறது .
